READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY
In order to be able to benefit from the benefits of Camping Joncar Mar, please read our general conditions carefully. The fact of reserving a stay at the campsite implies full adherence to these conditions.
1.BOOKING CONDITIONS
1.1. We do not keep plots or specific accommodations. Upon arrival you will be told which one is assigned.
1.2. The holder of the reservation must be of legal age and minors must always be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
1.3. To request a group reservation, it is necessary to contact Camping Joncar Mar in advance by email. Camping Joncar Mar reserves the right to examine the request before confirming the reservation.
1.4. The reservation is personal and cannot be transferred without prior authorization.
1.5. If you wish to change the name on the invoice to another owner or company name, please notify us at the time of making the reservation.
1.6. The client may request changes to their reservation by sending a written request to the campsite email (info@campingjoncarmar.com). This will be attended depending on the availability and possibilities of the campsite. In the absence of changes, the client will have to make their stay in accordance with the initial conditions of the reservation or cancel it in accordance with the cancellation conditions.
1.7. In order to cancel a reservation, you must be informed in writing through the camping email by the holder of the reservation. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
1.8. If the accommodation is not occupied by the holder of the reservation within 24 hours of the contracting date without prior notice, the contract will be automatically cancelled, which will lead to the loss of the amount paid. Camping Joncar Mar reserves the right to contract the accommodation again.
1.9. If you leave earlier than your reservation, you will be charged for your stay plus the deposit. Delayed entry to the campsite or early departure, for reasons not attributable to the campsite, may not give rise to any type of refund.
1.10. In case of cancellation for reasons attributable to Camping Joncar Mar, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation may not give rise to the payment of damages. It will not give the right to any refund for cancellation of the stay due to force majeure.
1.11. Camping Joncar Mar reserves the right to rectify possible erroneous rates charged to the client caused by an error in the online reservation system. In this case, Camping Joncar Mar will notify the error within a maximum period of 48 hours, giving the client alternatives to make use of the correct adjustments or to cancel the reservation made without charge to the client.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1. Before 30 days, 100% is returned.
2.2. Between 16 and 29 days 50% is returned.
2.3. 15 days before arrival the total deposit is lost.
- PAYMENT CONDITIONS
3.1.PLOTS
3.1.1.To formalize the reservation, the deposit to be paid is €100.00 or, if the reservation is smaller, its entirety (less the tourist tax). This amount can be paid by card or bank transfer.
3.1.2. We do not accept checks.
3.1.3.The reservation process ends with confirmation by the campsite, by email, once the reservation deposit has been received. Reservations are only binding to Camping Joncar Mar if it accepts them, depending on availability and in general, of all the circumstances that may harm the execution of the reservation made.
3.1.4.At the time of arrival, check-in, it is necessary to present at reception the original ID or passport of the holder of the reservation and companions. It is the responsibility of the holder to register all the people who accompany him.
3.1.5.The stay must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payment can be made in cash or bank card.
3.2. ACCOMMODATION
3.2.1.To formalize the reservation it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount of the stay. This amount can be paid by card or bank transfer.
3.2.2.We do not accept checks.
3.2.3.The reservation process ends with confirmation by the campsite, by email, once the reservation deposit has been received. Reservations are only binding to Camping Joncar Mar if it accepts them, depending on availability and in general, of all the circumstances that may harm the execution of the reservation made.
3.2.4.At the time of arrival, check-in, it is necessary to present the original ID or passport of the holder of the reservation and companions at reception. It is the responsibility of the holder to register all the people who accompany him.
3.2.5.The stay must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payment can be made in cash or bank card.
3.2.6. Guarantee payment.
– You must pay €200.00 per accommodation.
– It will be returned upon departure, previously the review of the accommodation will be carried out.
– In case of damage and/or lack of cleaning, the corresponding amount will be invoiced.
3.2.7. Failure to comply with the internal regulations of the campsite will lead to expulsion and loss of the guarantee.
- CONDITIONS OF PLOTS AND ACCOMMODATION
4.1.PLOTS
4.1.1.The price of the plot is not fixed, it varies depending on the number of people, caravans, camping-car, trailer, etc.
4.1.2.We do not accept checks.
4.1.3. ACSI, ADAC, etc. rates are not applied.
4.1.4.If your motorhome, caravan, or tent exceeds a length of 7.50 meters, it must be notified in advance.
4.1.5.If they carry a trailer with a separate car or motorcycle, it must be communicated and paid for before arrival.
4.1.6.The camping facilities must be placed in accordance with the instructions of the campsite.
4.1.7. Dogs are allowed in the camping area except those whose breeds are considered dangerous. Dogs always have to be on a leash and their good behavior is the owner’s responsibility. To stay with a dog it will be necessary to pay a supplement. All dogs that accompany their owners during their stay must be registered at reception.
4.1.8.The arrival time is from 12 noon and the departure time is before 12 noon. In case of departure later than the indicated limit time, an additional day may be billed according to the current prices of the night.
4.1.9.The campsite reception is open until 9:00 p.m. If you anticipate that your arrival will be after that time, you must notify the campsite as soon as possible. You will be directed to the check-in process.
4.1.10.It is totally forbidden to bring guests without reception permission.
4.1.11.The management is not responsible for the objects or values that have not been deposited in the safe deposit boxes of the campsite. The campsite declines any type of responsibility in the event of an incident related to the civil liability of the camper. All clients must accept the internal regulations. Each owner is responsible for the inconvenience and damage caused by the people and/or dogs that accompany them or if they come to the campsite to visit them.
4.1.12. The entry and exit of vehicles is prohibited from 24:00 to 08:00 in the morning.
4.1.13.Groups of only minors under 18 years of age are not allowed.
4.1.14. We do not accept groups without a reservation before arrival.
4.1.15.Please, deposit the rubbish in the containers that you will find outside the campsite.
4.1.16. You cannot make any kind of noise after 11pm.
4.2. ACCOMMODATION
4.2.1.The capacity of the accommodations is from 1 to 5 people maximum, depending on the reserved accommodation. Camping Joncar Mar reserves the right to deny access to the campsite to groups or families that show up with a number greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
4.2.2.We do not accept checks.
4.2.3.Smoking inside the accommodation is totally prohibited.
4.2.4.The accommodations are fully equipped.
4.2.5.Towels are not included. They can be rented for €3/pack at reception.
4.2.6.Tents are not authorized in the accommodation areas.
4.2.7. Pets are not accepted in the accommodation, except in mobile homes with prior notice. To stay with a dog it will be necessary to pay a supplement. All dogs that accompany their owners during their stay must be registered at reception.
4.2.8.The arrival time is from 5:00 p.m. and the departure time is before 10:00 a.m. In case of departure later than the indicated limit time, an additional day may be billed according to the current prices of the night.
4.2.9.The campsite reception is open until 9:00 p.m. If you anticipate that your arrival will be after that time, you must notify the campsite as soon as possible. You will be directed to the check-in process.

4.2.17.Do not leave anything in the fridge and freezer.
4.2.18.Please, when you leave, leave the accommodation key and the TV remote control at reception. They have to leave the accommodation as they found it when entering, otherwise they have to pay for cleaning (€100).
- MUNICIPAL STAY RATES AND TAXES
5.1. The amounts are indicated in Euros (€) with VAT included.
5.2. The amount of the municipal stay tax is €0.66 per person over 16 years of age and night, with a maximum of 7 nights.
5.3. If by law this tax is modified, the new current law will be applied.
SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool of the camping is open from 09:00 am to 21:00 pm.
After 21:00 pm it’s forbidden to use the swimming pool.
Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.
Smoking isn’t allowed in the swimming pool.
It isn’t allowed to play ball.
Inflatables are not allowed.
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the camping clients.
WIFI
WiFi can be used everywhere in the campsite.
It isn’t necessary to use the WiFi hours at once, it only counts when you are connected.
Free WiFi for the accommodations.
SPA & WELLNESS
At the camping we have Spa & Wellness for everyone.
The Spa & Wellness has a Jaccuzzi (temporarily closed), a Hammam and a massage cabin.
Reservations must be made at the reception or by calling 0034 972 25 67 02.
The Jacuzzi and Hammam are private. Maximum capacity of 4 people.
Children and adolescents under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter the Spa & Wellness unaccompanied by an adult.
BARBECUE AND FRIDGE RENTAL
Barbecues are allowed in our campsite.
We have a barbecue rental service.
Our customers can reserve a fridge (big or small) during their stay.
